Master of Economics, her interests were always oscillating around the subjects of personal wealth management, investments, real estate ownership. In the early years of her professional carrier she understood, how important and personal the process of investing in your own home is.


Since then Sylvia has been dedicated to make the buying and selling of real estate as cost effective as possible while maintaining the highest level of service, and focused to provide her clients with accurate and up-to-date information, skilled analysis, and sound real estate advise.


She’s continually explores new ideas and technologies, in order to make the selling and buying of real estate faster, less costly, and easier.


Sylvia has been involved in many local initiatives, foundations, and charities. Member of the Rotary Club Downtown for over 10 years.  Supporter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and other related charities. Sylvia has been an executive board member of the Polonia Foundation in Alberta for over a decade.


Asked about her idol, she quickly replies her daughter Morgan. Diagnosed with type 1 juvenile diabetes at age of 18 months, Morgan has been Sylvia’s inspiration ever since. This now graduate of the University of Alberta at age 21, honored student, recipient of many scholarships and awards, shows her mom that in life everything is possible and achievable, no matter the circumstances.


Privately Sylvia loves outdoor and indoor activities, especially pilates. Four years ago she decided to conquer yet another one –golf. This new relationship has quickly become a passion thanks to her partner/trainer Richard.
